Warehouse Operative

**What you will do**:

- Unloading of Shipments, and ensure goods are in good condition and stored correctly with Warehouse Management System, and ensure the correct material is received to site.
- Thoroughly inspecting merchandise for any damages and discrepancies.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all merchandise received and distributed.
- Helping Perform Stock Checks and Management of the Material to ensure its correct.
- Use of Gantry Crane to move and store Material.
- Using forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise accordingly.
- Processing of Customer Sample Requests, Packaging and Preparation of these for internal and external clients.
- Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space within the warehouse.
- Promptly processing distribution orders or requests, which includes retrieving specified merchandise from storage as well as packing, sealing, and labeling merchandise accordingly.

**What you need to succeed**:
**Experience**:

- Experience in a similar role at least 1 year is desirable.

Knowledges:

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (crane, forklift, etc...).
- Heavy Truck license is a plus.
- At least High School ideally
