**\uD83D\uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- The Logistics Controller is integrated within the Finance Department of Veepee and reports to the Financial Controller.
- The main mission is to ensure the financial management of the Pink & Pack entity as well as the VPLogistics entity. They work closely with Site Directors, the Finance Department, operational teams, and associated support functions.
- This role operates within the scope of the Group's Logistics activities.

**\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS**:

- In collaboration/versatility with other logistics controllers, ensure the completeness and coherence of monthly closings for subsidiaries. In constant contact with operational teams and accounting, book accounting accruals within the group's deadlines to provide the most reliable view of subsidiary performance.
- Responsible for subsidiary reporting: management profit and loss (P&L) statement and financial reporting dedicated to operational teams.
- Analyze, challenge and monitor warehouse performance through fixed costs, productivity indicators and payroll analysis. Then present the output to the COO & Finance Manager in collaboration with the site directors
- Elaborate budgets and forecasts for the assigned scope, taking into account identified risks and opportunities, in collaboration with operational teams, and by respecting the timing communicated by finance.
- Be recognized as a true business partner by the site Directors and the COO regarding financial topics.

**\uD83D\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills**:

- Higher education, such as Business School or equivalent university degree with a specialization in controlling
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position or as a Financial Controller in a logistic or industrial environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of management tools (Gsheet, SAP, ERP)
- Autonomous, rigorous and agile
- Analytical and synthesizing skills
- Ability to adapt in a demanding and dynamic environment

**\uD83D\uDC49 NICE TO HAVE skills**:

- First-hand experience in a complex and deadline driven environment is appreciated.
- Knowledge of SAP S4 is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of French is a plus.
