**Requirements**:
What do we expect from you?
- Inbox management (front line support for general queries)
- Implementing and owning onboarding plans (collating new starter information, system onboarding, benefits enrollment, orientation).
- Implementing and owning offboarding plans (Resignation acceptance letters, asset return, accrued leave calculations, system offboarding, benefits cancelation).
- Maintains digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
- Collection of necessary employment documentation.
- Coordinate time tracking and recording process.
- Generates official internal documents such as offer letters, announcements, salary changes, and warning letters.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
- Support on Regional/Global Project.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with EMEA Employment processes and systems is a must.
- Fluent in English and German
- IT and numeracy skills.
