**ROLE PURPOSE**
As our Procedural Lawyer you will be part of the legal procedural area and play a key role in a growing emerging company. You will provide support with the creation of legal documents and other administrative tasks according to legal standards.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation of documentation for lawsuits and legal claims
- Control of deadlines.
- Drafting of correspondence and legal documents.
- Management of files and documentation.
- Receipt of legal notices.
- Responding to deadlines.
- Filing of claims and deadlines.
- Communication with the Court.
- Special interest in civil procedural law.
**Knowledge and skills**:
- Willing to learn how to conduct trials
- Special vocation and training in civil procedural law.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Organized person
- Ability to learn
- Communication skills: verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with good interpersonal skills
- English: Advanced
**Requirements**:
- Completed Master’s degree in law with a passed exam.
- Lawyer registered or with immediate possibility of becoming a registered lawyer.
- Possibility of an training contract.
