**ROLE PURPOSE**
We´re looking for a Junior Litigation Lawyer to join our Barcelona office and be part of the litigation department of ID FINANCE.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Litigation**:
- Massive judicial claims
- Drafting of necessary documents during the life of the procedure in response to the Court's requirements or allegations when necessary
- Follow-up and control of the judicialized files
**Additional tasks**:
- Support the Senior Lawyers with the litigation strategy
- Work closely with the paralegal assistants
- Assistance to provide legal advice and guidance to stakeholders as necessary
- Undertake comprehensive legal research
**Knowledge & skills**
- Membership in the ICA.
- Very valuable course or program of specialization in Procedural Law and Arbitration.
- High level of English (C1 minimum).
- Proactive mindset
- Good communication skills
- Results orientation and commitment to meet deadlines
- Business Oriented
- Energy, resilience and optimism
- Ability to work as part of a team
**Education**:
Degree in Law and possession of a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
**Experience**:
Minimum experience of 2-3 years in procedural matters.
