Jr Lawyer

Role purpose:
As our Jr. Lawyer you will assist the Global Head of Legal in daily tasks and support in consumer rights regulation, data protection and criminal litigation.

Primary responsibilities:
Data Protection:

- Assist the Head of Legal in data protection related matters.
- Respond to internal data protection queries relating to GDPR.
- Maintain and update Privacy Impact Assessment process.
- Assist and support managing clients’ data protection rights.

Consumer regulation:

- Assist in handling a variety of compliance related matters in the consumer protection area.
- Support the implementation of corrective action plans.
- Manage extrajudicial consumer claims.
- Assist and support the Head of Legal in queries regarding consumers’ rights and regulations.

Contractual:

- Review and negotiate agreements with tech and business suppliers (marketing, IT, support, etc.)

Litigation:

- Attend fraud cases in Court.

Advanced English level.

**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in Law.

Experience Target:
2 to 4 years of experience in a Legal Firm, Fintech/Financial company or bank.

A basic experience of GDPR and consumer regulations.
