With your legal expertise, you will protect and empower a global organisation that's dedicated to making a difference. It's not just about the law; From safeguarding our operations to ensuring legal integrity, your role is pivotal to our collective success. Your responsibilities**:- Provide practical, effective, sound legal advice to the Marketing and Sales department on marketing activities and initiatives, product launches, advertising materials, campaigns, and promotions in the Iberia Region.- Interact with the R&D department and thoroughly advise on product testing protocols and standards.- Advise all Reckitt departments on competition law, commercial law, IP, labour law, data privacy, consumer products regulation, and corporate law.- Implement and manage Reckitt compliance programs, focusing on antitrust, commercial policies (pricing, promotions), Code of Conduct and 231 Organizational Model.- Negotiate and draft commercial, distribution, consultancy, collaboration, and co-promotion contracts meeting Reckitt's business needs and strategies.- Keep updated on legislative changes recommending company adaptation and compliance.- Manage litigations and disputes, including the management of external counsels within the budget constraints.- Provide training to personnel, such as Competition Law, Reckitt's Policies and Procedures, and Compliance.- The experience we're looking for**:- Spanish-qualified lawyer- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience as an in-house lawyer an/or in a law firm, familiarized with the FMCG industry.
