Our
Head of Global Publisher Success is a highly-visible leader who develops publisher success strategy, tactics, and execution plans; drives the work of all our publisher success teams globally, and aims to enhance beneficial long-term collaboration with our Publishers to boost the effectiveness of their content & monetization. This role reports directly to the VP of Global Publisher Development.
This is a unique chance for a great professional who is already a proven customer success leader and has experienced that best-in-class Client service brings beneficial long-term collaboration and outstanding commercial results.
\*\*What You'll Do
- Deliver inspiring, motivational leadership of the whole success team: Account Managers, Yield Managers and AdOperations
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders like the Publisher team, BI, Product, Programmatic and Legal
- Enhance and improve the campaigns of optimization and upselling for our Publishers
- Act as an advisor to the VP of Publisher Development and to the broader business, sharing recommendations, insights, and learnings as to how we can ensure we’re delivering the highest standard of excellence within Global Publisher Success
**Requirements**:
Who You Are
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Customer Care Operations, or Publisher Management roles in high-growth B2B software and/or platform environments
- Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams
- Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning
- Ability to supervise, educate and inspire people to give the best service possible to our Customers
- Solid Project/Program Management experience and proven ability to plan and execute initiatives that improve team efficiency, productivity, and performance, and drive automation and scale
- Knowledge of the Basics of Digital Advertising

- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
- Prior Account and Yield Experience
- Data driven attitude
