We are looking for a person with experience in the field of learning technology support and who has managed LMS platforms (preferably Cornerstone).

**Duties**:

- Administration of the eMeliá learning management platform.
- Updating and maintenance of eMeliá, providing the best training experience
- Technical support for incidents, queries and requests related to eMeliá
- Online sessions with Meliá Hotels International collaborators to explain eMeliá's new features.
- Collaboration in marketing and communication actions of eMeliá, as well as infographics.
- Support for the different projects in the training area
- Ensuring the smooth running of the LMS-SAP integration.
- Proactively suggest any improvements to the platform, anticipating future launches of the provider that may benefit the LMS;
- Liaise with the LMS vendor to review updates and implement enhancements to the tool; and
- Analyse e-learning content to define and implement actions for continuous improvement of the learning experience.
- Collect and monitor eMeliá KPI's.
- Liaise with different departments and subsidiaries to support the development of e-learning projects.

**What are we looking for?**
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or supporting learning technologies.
- Experience in graphic design and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 and Rise 360) is valuable.
- We are looking for a dynamic, proactive person, with the ability to work autonomously and responsibly based on the pursuit of established objectives.
- English level: high
- Key skills: Initiative, Proactivity and handling of digital tools.
