Als Voorman Technical Services op Ibiza zorg jij dat het serviceteam precies weet wat ze moeten doen. Jij houdt het overzicht, coördineert, motiveert en stuurt bij waar nodig. **Dit wordt jouw werk**
In deze veelzijdige rol stuur jij het serviceteam op Ibiza aan en coördineer je alle werkzaamheden aan onze jachten. Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit, plant vooruit en schakelt moeiteloos tussen klantcontact, techniek en administratie.
Daarbij voer je o.a. de volgende werkzaamheden uit:
️Je neemt werkzaamheden aan voor jachten op Ibiza én het vaste land
️Samen met je collega-voormannen stuur je een team van Service Engineers aan en begeleid je hen
️Je stelt dag
- en weekplanningen op in overleg met de Service Manager
️ Je bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden en stemt af met lokale leveranciers
️Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en preventieve checks uit op onze jachten
️Je verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling in onze Wajer-app, inclusief uren, werklijsten en rapportages
️ Je stemt af met de Parts Coördinator over tijdige beschikbaarheid van onderdelen
**Dit krijg je van ons**
Bij Wajer draait het om meer dan alleen werk. We bieden jou niet alleen een uitdagende functie op een unieke locatie, maar ook de juiste ondersteuning om daar vol voor te kunnen gaan.
Wat je verder van ons kunt verwachten:
- Een passend salaris tussen €3.400 en €4.500 per maand
- Een werkdagenregeling van 218 dagen per jaar
- Betaalde gedeelde huisvesting óf een maandelijkse tegemoetkoming voor eigen accommodatie
- Door de week diner verzorgd wanneer je in gedeelde huisvesting verblijft
- Jouw vlucht(en) naar Ibiza (en terug) en eventuele andere werk gerelateerde reiskosten op locatie worden door ons vergoed.
- Een jaarcontract met één maand proeftijd, dat we daarna graag verlengen
- Onbeperkt toegang tot de Wajer Academy voor jouw persoonlijke en professionele groei
**Dit ben jij**
Jij combineert technische kennis met natuurlijk leiderschap. Je inspireert, organiseert en houdt overzicht. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt in oplossingen en weet hoe je een team vooruit helpt.
✔️ Je hebt een mbo+ opleiding in een technische richting
✔️ Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring, waarvan ten minste 1 jaar als leidinggevende
✔️ Je hebt kennis van jachttechniek, materialen en installaties (pré)
✔️ Je weet wat nodig is om veilig, netjes en volgens de regels te werken
✔️ Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, Spaans is een pré
