At CENTUM research & technology, we are a team of specialized engineers with more than 10 years of experience in fields like digital signal processing, mobile communications, and software defined radio.
- About the role:_
We are looking for a _Talent Acquisition _to join our People team with an internship.
You will be the first person to contact and interview the future talent of Centum.
And how will you do it?
Your day to day will be a challenge and a constant opportunity to grow and learn in a multidisciplinary environment made up of a great team, where you will collaborate with the different areas: marketing & sales, operations, finance, production and engineering area.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Analysis of job positions.
- Publication of job offers.
- Curriculum and phone screening.
- Take online and/or face-to-face interviews.
- Attendance at job fairs.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor relations or similar.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
- Could be interesting if you have experience in all the recruiting cycle.
- Advanced English level is a must: It is the day-by-day language for engaging international partners.
