At CENTUM research & technology, we are a team of specialized engineers with more than 10 years of experience in fields like digital signal processing, mobile communications, and software defined radio.
- About the role: _

We are looking for an _IT Talent Acquisition_ to join our People team.

As a member of the People team, you will collaborate directly in the growth of the company.

You will be the first person to contact and interview the future talent of Centum.

And how will you do it?

Your day to day will be a challenge and a constant opportunity to grow and learn in a multidisciplinary environment made up of a great team, where you will collaborate with the different areas: marketing & sales, operations, finance, production... focusing on engineering area.

Your role is focused on the recruitment of IT profiles, using different recruitment tools, and always accompanied by the People manager.
- Key Responsibilities: _
- Analysis of job positions.
- Definition and evaluation of profiles.
- Planning and design of the recruitment process together with those responsible for the different areas and choice of sources of recruitment.
- Publication of job offers.
- Curriculum and phone screening.
- Take online and/or face-to-face interviews.
- Attendance at job fairs.
- Coordination with the onboarding process.
- Collaboration in the different talent loyalty policies.
- Requirements: _
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor relations or similar.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- Experience in IT acquisition talent al least 2 years and in headhunting IT profiles in different tools such as Linkedin.
- Experience in all the recruiting cycle.
- Advanced English level is a must: It is the day-by-day language for engaging international partners.
