This role is suitable for a highly dynamic, results driven and creative individual, responsible for managing all our Sales Support activities in Spain, with responsibilities over the Iberian Travel Agencies & their Group Sales. Supporting the General Manager Sales and Commercial Managers in all other Sales and Commercial activities.

**Key Functions & Accountabilities: (Responsibilities, Activities, Authority levels, etc.)**
- Support to our Key Account Agents (help desk) in Spain
- Responsible for our Groups Reservations & all Ticketing activities
- Responsible for our direct Customers Reservations and enquiries
- Support Check-in and Airport ticket offices during hours of operations
- Closing, Authorizing, and auditing of local ticket office activities
- Monitoring Sales via BSP-Link and assign ticketing authority
- Support local Accounting functions, Passengers' Refunds and Customer Relations activities
- Updates and monitoring of the web content (local homepage Spain), web support duties
- Review & distribution of B to C Newsletters, and B to B Flash info to travel agents
- Coordination of sales events
- Conduct Price Benchmarking / inventory analysis for the market
- Preparation & updates of product presentations for the sales team
- Preparation of figures and data to support review meetings and sales strategic decisions
- Support other markets in the Country Manager's portfolio if required.
- Ability to work and live in Spain

NOTE: Actual duties and responsibilities may include any or all the functional duties & responsibilities listed above plus any other related tasks as assigned by the employee's superior.**Qualifications**
- On the job training for all AC related software.
- Tourism diploma/degree
- Sales support & reservations/ticketing experience (3 years) preferably with airline or tourism industry
- Strong customer focus
- Strong knowledge of GDS
- Ability to work with figures combined with good analytical skills
- Strong organizing skills
- Good writing skills
- Excellent level of written and spoken Spanish and English. Good knowledge of Portuguese is preferable.
- Good knowledge of Windows and MS office
