Your MissionWe are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion QualificationsWho You Are:Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills Fluent in Spanish & English (at least B2 level) Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment We Value Your PotentialEven if your experience doesn't match 100%, we encourage you to apply Talent comes in many forms, and we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
