**About the Role**:
As a **Commercial Sales Account Manager** for DACH, your primary focus will be on **expanding and nurturing existing customer relationships** within Boomi's **high-volume commercial segment**. You'll partner with current customers to understand their evolving needs, uncover opportunities for growth, and ensure they're leveraging Boomi to its fullest potential.
This is a **strategic, relationship-focused role** where your ability to build trust and deliver value will directly drive customer success and retention.
**What You'll Do**:
- **Grow and expand existing customer accounts** by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Act as a **trusted advisor** to senior stakeholders, guiding customers on how Boomi can further support their business goals.
- Use **consultative selling** techniques to design tailored solutions that address customers' evolving challenges.
- Develop and execute **account plans** to meet growth targets and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Engage cross-functional teams—including customer success, solutions consulting, and marketing—to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Analyze account performance and market trends to proactively address customer needs and risks.
- Accurately forecast renewals and expansion revenue while tracking key performance metrics.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- **1-2 years of relationship-based account management or sales experience**, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or integration solutions.
- Strong **German and English communication skills** (additional European languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with **MEDDPICC** or similar sales methodologies (preferred).
- A customer-first mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a **fast-paced, high-growth environment**.
