Help Desk

**The challenges you’ll help to tackle**:
You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of the team in a fast-paced work environment.
Within the team, you will report to the VP of Product and Software:

- You will be responsible for collecting all types of feedback from users (bugs, urgent matters, concepts to be improved, etc.)
- You will be responsible to provide first level support and help (L1). That means that you can provide direct assistance to the users for the most common problems and questions.
- For more complicated issues, new requirements or improvements, you will be responsible for projecting these user’s feedback and incidents to the different teams and to organise them accordingly
- You will be in charge of providing accurate answers and tracking the incident resolution process
- You will contribute to identify priorities and blocking points

**Who you are**:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- You have some background in IT
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- You are capable and eager to take the initiative
- You possess good relationship skills, enabling you to evolve in a team
- You are very well organized and rigorous
- You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks
- You are dynamic and proactive
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Finally, you have an amazing sense of humor :)
