**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for collecting all types of feedback from users (bugs, urgent matters, concepts to be improved, etc.)
- You will be responsible to provide first level support and help. That means that you can provide direct assistance to the users for the most common problems and questions.
- For more complicated issues, new requirements or improvements, you will be responsible for projecting these user’s feedback and incidents to the different teams and to organise them accordingly.
- You will be in charge of providing accurate answers and tracking the incident resolution process.
- You will contribute to identify priorities and blocking points, contribuitng to the roadmpad development and improvement.
**Must-Have Experience / Qualifications**:
- Degree in Software Engineering or similar.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- English: excellent communication skills well written and spoken.

- You are capable and eager to take the initiative.
- You possess good relationship skills, enabling you to evolve in a team.
- You are very well organized and rigorous.
- You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks.
