**Technical Sales Representative** As a Technical, Service and Sales Representative you will report to Technical, Service and Sales Manager at PPG Customer service site in Pamplona **Key Responsibilities**: - Act as a liaison between the customer and the different PPG responsible (technical or commercial). - Ensure the correct performance of the products supplied to the line, continuously checking the necessary parameters (pH, viscosity...) to ensure that the products are applied according to PPG recommendations. - Checking that the painted bodies are within the quality requirements of the customer (color, appearance and absence of defects that can be attributed to the material). - Attending daily meetings with the Customer - In case of incidents, establish the necessary corrective actions on the product and provide process recommendations, documenting deviations and monitoring their evolution. - Preparation of daily reports and regular meetings with PPG technical managers of the product, involving them in all decisions to be taken on the material, and communication of these decisions. - Alerting of risks that may affect the continuity of supply of PPG products, as well as the appearance of possible opportunities. - Monitoring of monthly product consumption, verifying that it is within the standards agreed with the client, documenting any event that may cause any type of deviation. - Preparation of consumption forecasts, using the tools provided by PPG for this purpose, reporting any event that may alter the forecasts made. - Line supply planning, both for serial products and for eventual trials. - Management of material run out - Maintaining up-to-date customer and competitor information - **Qualifications** - 2+ years’ experience technical service (at least one of the following: color, pretreatment, electrocoat, primer, basecoat, clear coat, adhesives and sealants, battery coatings, mobility products or water treatment) - Bachelor’s degree - Proficient English **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
