Marketing Operations & Planning Manager

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**_ Responsibilities include:_**
- Strategy and planning support to the Geo Marketing execution
- Alignment (Sales & Marketing ), Support and Execution of Global Marketing Demand Gen and Pipeline Influence programs to support Sales Pipeline
- Drive QTRLY (ZBB) Plans and ensure entry in campaign planning tools and alignment with approved budget and strategy
- Marketing Performance management support (Data collection, Analyses, Alignment and communication.
- Drive data driven marketing in support GEOs
- Monitor, train and audit use marketing processes against rules and standards
- Drive and consolidate local feedback regarding day 10, 20 and 30 Pipeline mgnt,
- Drive arketing Plan and Alignment
- Be a person to go to on Marketing Processes and Procedure including lead flow and handling

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- BA or BS in Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years marketing, project management or operational experience.
- Experience in a similar role at GEO, BU and our Global Level

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Basic knowledge of Marketing Data Collection & Analytics
- Mastery knowledge of marketing activities, practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of HPEs Sales & Marketing Process & Tools
- Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
- Excellent negotiating and change management skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with senior executive management team and cross-functional disciplines.
- Excellent influencing, consensus
- building and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent operational skills while maintaining strategic mindset.
- Strong Can Do mentality
