Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

**Location - **Malaga region (Spain) or Oslo (Norway). **Hybrid work**

This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Engineering Manager.

**Job responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and effective bug resolution.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact across releases.
- Continuously improve the QA process by suggesting new tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure optimal app performance on various devices and operating systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile QA and automation.

**Who are you?**

You must have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git and test platforms like Browserstack.
- Practical Agile experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (our company language is English).
- A valid work permit in the EU.

Additionally, the following is nice to have (but not essential):

- Development skills in.Net and integration / rest api testing
