Our products enable our customers to manage field engineers more efficiently, increase productivity and provide real-time activity analysis from the field and we have a strong delivery experience for our customer base, which includes globally recognisable names like London Underground.Right now, the profile that would bring the most value to our team is an AI Engineer with a strong software and data background — someone who is comfortable moving between APIs, databases, and LLM-powered pipelines.If you enjoy turning messy data + powerful models into reliable systems, keep reading.What you will work on:Building LLM-powered services and automations used in real production environmentsDesigning and maintaining Python APIs (mostly FastAPI-style services)Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries over imperfect, evolving schemasImplementing RAG pipelines, vector search, and data enrichment flowsIntegrating AI components into existing software systems (not isolated prototypes)Collaborating with engineers and product to turn ideas into scalable solutionsWe are not focused on generic chatbots. Most of what we build is automation-first AI, embedded into business processes and data pipelines.To do the job you need:At least 2 years of experience on a similar rolePython (Production Level)SQL (Advanced)LLM & AI System IntegrationRAGVector StoresAutomationsLangChainAPI DevelopmentSkills nice to have:AI EvaluationsData AnalysisData ModelingAwareness of LLM cost driversExperience working with messy or non-standardized dataWe offer you:Further professional developmentParticipation in the complete development process from beginning to endWork in an experienced and a multicultural environmentCreative team and idea-driven atmosphereBasic salary performance increases at 3, 6 and 9-month reviewsPlease note that this is a full-time on-site job in our office in Fuengirola.
