**Activités***:
**Recruitment preparation & onboarding**:

- Participate in drawing up job descriptions and follow-up of job descriptions and document/archival management
- Continual update of organizational charts
- Participate in job-offers and validation process
- Participate in onboarding process of new employees

**HR Projects Management**:

- Lead Better Together continual improvement plan (workshops organization, follow-up of our local HR roadmap, deployment of actions)
- Participate/coordinate future HR Projects in coordination with One Spain or GRP Branch

**Training Plan**:

- Follow-up of training budgets
- Support Directors in coordination with Talent Developer in order to build Individual Training Plan of employees
- Coordinate external trainings inscriptions with administration team

**Internal Communication**:

- Animate and energize internal communication for TERIb
- Support for the organization of internal communication events in liaison with Office Manager

**HR administration**:

- Ensure the monthly follow-up of the workforce and the follow-up of the time clock and the attendance schedule
- Coordinate the administration of leave days for all categories of employees (including VIE and interns)
- Administration of HR Netsuite module and purchase orders for HR perimeter

And any other activities within the perimeter of HR as deemed necessary according to organizational developments.
- HR License with 4 years of experience in a similar role or Master in HR or related field with 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Spanish. Good level of English or French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Renewables market in Spain would be a plus
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
