This is a role requiring strong engineering background, analytical and organizational skills. The Junior Electrical Project Engineer (Solar PV) will be supporting EPC Team during pre-construction and construction stage in all technical matters related to project design, procurement of main equipment and contracting of EPC services mainly referred to electrical issues such as electrical equipment sizing or Grid Code Compliance.

The Junior Electrical Project Engineer (Solar PV) shall provide support to the EPC Team in:

- Reviewing technical documentation from EPC players/Suppliers/Advisors;
- Ensuring that products meet TotalEnergies technical specifications and applicable standards;
- Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them;
- Preparing technical documentation for Request for Proposals (RfP), Tenders and Contracts;
- Defining of project constraints and evaluating technical proposals;
- Keeping all project documentation well-structured and classified;
- Cost evaluation and comparison of technical-commercial proposals;
- Technology assessment, market R&D, cost optimization and sensitivity analysis;
- Coordination of RFP/Design Review process with external parties (EPC Contractors, Owner´s Engineers, Advisors).

Total Energies Renowables Ibérica develops, builds and operates solar projects in Iberia region, either with full ownership or with partners in Joint Venture. This position is located at our Madrid's office (Spain).

The Junior Electrical Project Engineer (Solar PV) will be responsible to manage the engineering of the projects specified by the EPC Engineering Manager during pre-construction and construction stage to successfully deliver the projects from development stage to COD.

- Electrical engineering background is preferable. Other engineering disciplines may be also considered;
- Between 1-3 years of experience in PV Plants engineering from development stage to commissioning.
- Knowledge on Grid Code Compliance and electrical applicable regulation is desirable;
- Additional training in Solar PV (Design and technology) is a plus;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Use of AutoCAD, PVCase and PVsyst software is a plus;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- High analytical and communication skills;
- Self-motivated, with strong initiative and creative thinking;
- Ability to read/write clear and comprehensive technical documentation;
- Ability to work individually (autonomous and proactive) and as a team.
