**¿QUÉ ES UN DELIVERY ASSISTANT EN VICIO?**

El Delivery Assistant es una pieza fundamental para que esto funcione. Se trata de montar los pedidos que van saliendo de cocina, a toda velocidad y con mucho mimo. Somos muy exigentes con nuestro producto, por lo que también somos exigentes en cómo le llega al cliente. Tendrás interacción total con: riders (repartidores de Glovo que vienen a buscar pedidos online / al fin y al cabo el rider es nuestro camarero), clientes en el caso de que se trate de take away, y sobre todo con tus propios compañeros. La comunicación y la organización es una parte fundamental para poder llevar a cabo las tareas del puesto de manera óptima y efectiva.

**¿QUÉ HACE UN DELIVERY ASSISTANT?**
- Interpretar el registro de pedidos a través de las pantallas adecuadamente.
- Gestión del tiempo de manera efectiva para poder ejecutar las tareas ágilmente.
- Verificar que los pedidos se hayan realizado correctamente, sin fallos.
- Estar atento a los pequeños detalles de los pedidos (que marcan la diferencia).
- Grapar bolsas delivery y entregarlas a su rider en el menor tiempo posible.
- Mantener el puesto de trabajo en orden y limpio al igual que la sala donde comen los clientes (en el caso de que haya Dine-in).

**¿QUÉ SE NECESITA PARA SER UN DELIVERY ASSISTANT?**
- Tener experiência previa como camarerx 6 meses.
- Ser una persona amable, alegre, y con capacidades organizativas excelentes.
- Habilidades de comunicación altas para tratar con los compañeros, los clientes y los riders.
- Entusiasmo y motivación.
- Ambición por crecer en una compañía con proyección de futuro.
- Muchas ganas de marcar la diferencia y formar parte de este movimiento, ser parte de VICIO.

**CONDICIONES**:

- Incorporación Inmediata
- Media jornada: 20h/ semana
- Ubicación: Palma de Mallorca
- Contrato: Indefinido
- Descansos: 2 días de descanso continuado.
