PTC is looking for an experienced, outgoing **Sales Enablement** professional to join the international, energetic and driven Field Enablement team. This team delivers programs focused on improving the knowledge, core skills and competencies of our field sales teams as they engage with our clients and prospects to identify value opportunities for the organizations.
This key role in the team will focus on our Inside Sales teams in EMEAI based in Barcelona. The role entails working cross-functionally with key stakeholders representing the Inside Sales and Field Sales organizations in the region. The goal is to train and coach our Inside Sales teams to drive their performance and ability to create, qualify and close opportunities aligned with corporate and sales leadership priorities and revenue goals.
- Has in-depth experience and proven success enabling and coaching inside sales teams and field sellers in a technology environment.
- Demonstrates proven ability to solve complex problems and enhance processes in measurable ways, with ongoing cross-functional communication and clear, concise updates to stakeholders
- Is a team player, with a creative flair, able to multi-task efficiently, while working well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Will bring an enthusiastic, energetic, can do attitude to the teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement enablement programs, training and coaching, that enhance inbound and outbound sales tactics and productivity.
- Contribute to developing, implementing and executing onboarding and continued learning plans for sellers.
- Ensure adoption and adherence to the PTC Sales Process and Value-based Sales Methodologies.
- Deliver hands-on coaching and mentoring of teams aligned with their key success metrics and goals.
- Coordinate the PTC ecosystem on lead generation efforts and campaigns and associated enablement
- Measure and report on enablement activities and quantifiable results
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a matrixed team environment.
- Strong ability to proactively identify, recommend, and implement new approaches to sales performance optimization.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate and deliver multiple work projects simultaneously.
- Capacity to rapidly learn the PTC solutions and services, target customer personas and associated business processes.
- Experience in sales tools and technology such as CRM, Content Management and Learning Management systems.
- Aptitude to participate in and improve Sales Enablement processes
- Strong program and project management skills
- Fluent level of English with any additional European language desired
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, or similar function
- 2+ years working with/leading teams, especially Inside Sales
