Marsh España Madrid y alrededores (Híbrido) Marsh is currently seeking to hire Senior Consultants/ VP to incorporate to the Marsh Risk & Capital practice. What You'll Do in Marsh Risk & Capital Marsh Risk & Capital is a practice of consulting and financial structuring, formed by a team with extensive knowledge of the financial sector. As a Senior Consultant/ VP you will assist/day to day management of the engagement, involving the delivery of our core offering, being project finance, leverage finance, financial structuring advisory and business analysis. This will include: - Work within a small, focused team on operational and financial structuring, business plan review, etc. - Assist in the business reviews through investigating the historical and future financial performance. - Prepare complex financial analyses including capital structure structuring impact, working capital projections and optimization of cost structure. - Synthetize and analyze market data on different industries outlining trends and best-practices to support our advisory. - Drafting client presentations and marketing materials, including report writing and oral presentations. - Development of complex financial models to perform analyses under different scenarios. - Support daily project execution interacting with experienced professionals including senior team members, client executives and other advisors. - Take part and lead conversations and negotiation with the financial market, from proposing investment opportunities to discussing proposed structures and terms.

Qualifications & Experience - Relevant 6-8 years experience required.
- Strong English language skills (written and oral).
- Business Administration, Finance and / or Engineering Studies.
- Powerpoint and Excel advanced knowledge.
- Outstanding academic record.
- Advanced Financial knowledge.
- Robust understanding of P&L and Balance sheet topics, especially working capital and liquidity management.
- Deep knowledge of financing instruments and solutions.
- Deep understanding and proven track record with project finance debt structuring or deals related to assets funded by this financing instrument.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Stand-out analytical and numerical skills.

- Leveraged finance, structured finance, project finance proven experience.
- Big-4 deals related departments or financial advisory firm, ideally with equity/ debt deals structuring focus, working capital management, project finance. - Additional experience from corporate functions are a plus (Finance, Controlling, Project Finance, etc.)

- Renewable energy or Infrastructure focus.
