**Job Description Summary**

Actualmente buscamos a una persona proactiva y motivada para el puesto de Financial Analyst en Madrid, que colabore en la gestión financiera de una cartera de activos.

El puesto requiere una persona organizada, con atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno exigente, participando activamente en la actualización de datos contractuales y económicos, la elaboración de presupuestos e informes, y el seguimiento de procesos administrativos clave.

**Tus principales funciones incluirán**:

- Mantenimiento y actualización de información en **Yardi** (facturación, ingresos, contratos, presupuestos ).
- Gestión de **fianzas, rentas e IPC**.
- Preparación de **renovaciones de avales** e informes.
- Apoyo en **presupuestos y cierres de gastos** con el equipo de Property Management.
- Cambios de titularidad de suministros.
- ** Gestión inicial de deuda**, previo a burofax.

**Requisitos**
- Deseable titulación de grado medio y/o superior, Grado o licenciatura en ADE, Económicas, Administración y/o similares
- Dominio Paquete Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Nível medio - alto de inglés
- Valorable 1-2 años experiência en un puesto similar
