**MDM Lead - Semarchy xDM & AWS**
100% Remote - Spain

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the full implementation of the MDM tool for centralized master data management.
- Analyze business and technical requirements related to master data.
- Design the master data model and define data quality and governance rules.
- Develop and implement:

- Data models and validation rules.
- Lifecycle workflows for master data entities.
- User interfaces for data visualization and management.
- Role-based access controls and permissions.
- Integrate the MDM tool with internal and external systems (ERP, CRM, transactional systems).
- Conduct unit, integration, performance, and data quality testing.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to key users and administrators.
- Deliver technical and functional documentation and support the initial adoption phase.

**Technology Stack**

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience implementing **Semarchy xDM** or other MDM platforms.
- Deep knowledge of **master data modeling**, **data governance**, and **data quality frameworks**.
- Experience integrating MDM solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Proficiency in **SQL** and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with **cloud-based deployments** and infrastructure.
- Ability to design workflows, validation rules, and user interfaces.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
- ** Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) - mandatory.**:

- Degree in **Data Engineering**, **Information Systems**, or related fields.
