We are looking for an experienced SAP - MDM Architect to lead the MDM workstream during the critical roll-out phase of our SAP S/4 implementation, transitioning from Oracle/Microsoft to SAP. With 8-14 years of experience in SAP consulting, especially in regulated pharmaceutical environments, you will play a key role in managing MDM/MDG integration and data migration. This role offers the chance to drive impactful changes, streamline processes, and contribute to a seamless system transition while managing global teams and integrating multiple SAP modules.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Lead the MDM workstream during SAP S/4 roll-out, ensuring smooth integration with implementation and functional teams.
- Collaborate with the MDM Global Process Owner to define deliverables and execute project milestones.
- Guide MDM/MDG integration, Informatica integration, and SAP cross-module connections.
- Develop functional specifications, configurations, and oversee integration with Master Data Management systems.
- Manage data migration processes, align schedules with test plans, and lead stakeholder workshops.
- Provide expert oversight to ensure smooth transition, mínimal disruption, and effective stakeholder communication.

**Qualifications**
- 8-14 years of SAP functional consulting experience, with expertise in MDM/MDG and Informatica integration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP cross modules and ETL processes, with a proven track record in large ERP migrations in regulated environments.
- Experience in leading and executing data migration strategies, workshops, and ensuring validation of migration.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Portuguese is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team with a focus on business outcomes.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
