**Descripción del Trabajo**:
Como Head Bartender, serás responsable de supervisar las operaciones del bar, asegurando un servicio de alta calidad y creando cócteles innovadores. Liderarás y mentorizarás a un equipo de bartenders, mantendrás el inventario y garantizarás los más altos estándares de limpieza y seguridad.

**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- Liderar y gestionar el equipo de bar, proporcionando formación y apoyo.
- Crear y desarrollar nuevas recetas de cócteles y menús de bebidas.
- Asegurar un servicio consistente y excepcional a todos los huéspedes.
- Gestionar el inventario del bar, incluyendo pedidos y control de existencias.
- Mantener una zona de bar limpia y organizada.
- Atender las consultas de los clientes y resolver cualquier problema de manera rápida.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de salud y seguridad.
- Colaborar con el equipo de gestión para alcanzar los objetivos del negocio.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência demostrada como bartender, con al menos 2 años en un rol de supervisión.
- Amplio conocimiento de mixología, cócteles y tendencias en bebidas.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de multitarea.
- Enfoque en el cliente con pasión por la hospitalidad.
- Certificación en bartending o mixología es un plus.
