The bar is your home, the place where you entertain. You keep it neat, tidy and well-stocked and ready to welcome guests at all times. You are a master mixologist and an active part in stock control, ordering and overall operation of the bar. We offer a range of drinks and cocktails to complement our food and have openings for passionate bartenders who can work fast, with style, flair and attention to detail. Dexterity and a focus on drink quality is a must. You enjoy making people happy, whether it's with an amazing cocktail or just general world-class service. **What You'll Do**:

- Lead the bar team by example by working bar shifts and providing high levels of personalised service to guests;
- Ensure the effective and smooth running of the bar operations;
- Ensure guest satisfaction and beverage profitability by supervising the day to day operation of the Bar department and its staff;
- Monthly stock takes;
- You'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety amongst the bar staff, ensuring all due diligence is filled out daily;
- You'll be aware of and ensure that all bar staff follow the staff drinking policy;
- Responsible for the ordering of equipment and beverages;
- You'll make sure that stock is rotated, labelled and stored in compliance with procedures laid out in the H&S manual, so that food & beverage safety and quality is maintained;
- You'll lead the training and mentoring of new bar staff into the team.

**Who You Are**:

- You have least 3 years previous experience in cocktail making.
- You have previous Head Bartender/Bar Supervisor experience.
- You're confident in a busy, high end environment and able to handle stressful situations like a pro.
- You have proven skills as leader/manager in the bar..
- You're legally allowed to work in Spain.
