You are so much more than a human bottle opener. You are the thread that keeps the social fabric of the hotel and the neighbourhood community intact. The bar is your home, the place where you entertain. You keep it neat, tidy and well-stocked and ready to welcome guests at all times. You are a master mixologist and an active part in stock control, ordering and overall operation of the bar. We offer a range of drinks and cocktails to complement our food and have openings for passionate bartenders who can work fast, with style, flair and attention to detail. Dexterity and a focus on drink quality is a must. You enjoy making people happy, whether it's with an amazing cocktail or just general world-class service. **What You'll Do**:

- Lead the bar team by example by working bar shifts and providing high levels of personalised service to guests;
- Ensure the effective and smooth running of the bar operations;
- Ensure guest satisfaction and beverage profitability by supervising the day to day operation of the Bar department and its staff;
- Monthly stock takes;
- You'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety amongst the bar staff, ensuring all due diligence is filled out daily;
- You'll be aware of and ensure that all bar staff follow the staff drinking policy;
- Responsible for the ordering of equipment and beverages;
- You'll make sure that stock is rotated, labelled and stored in compliance with procedures laid out in the H&S manual, so that food & beverage safety and quality is maintained;
- You'll lead the training and mentoring of new bar staff into the team.

**Who You Are**:

- You have least 3 years previous experience in cocktail making.
- You have previous Head Bartender/Bar Supervisor experience.
- You're confident in a busy, high end environment and able to handle stressful situations like a pro.
- You have proven skills as leader/manager in the bar..
- You're legally allowed to work in Spain.
