**Job Description**:
Within the Corporate IT organization, you will be guiding and supporting the technical design & development of the strategic LIMS Systems used within the SGS Environmental Business, called Labvantage & Nautilus.
- Responsible for LIMS technical solutions (design & build) and solution life cycle management to meet Business/GPO requirements according to infrastructure, architecture & security standards
- Conversant with related ecosystem such as MS Azure Infrastructure, MS-SQL & Oracle databases
- Functional customization/ Scripts, Hooks, Interfaces
- Support Level 3 escalations as required
- Support creation of RFP SOW / work packages for LIMS Partners and manage vendor/partner accordingly especially overseeing all technical solution activities
- Engage Stakeholders, to ensure functional requirements are built or released by the Software Vendor as fit for purpose
- Find innovative tools which can be used by the Business and IT
**Qualifications**:
- Strong technical Application Software & Dev methodology knowledge (Scrum/Agile/ )
- Able to read the logic behind any coding lenguage
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Experience with lab processes
