Gauliard Agency is an independent agency focused on omni-channel business development, brand positioning, and strategic wholesale growth. We represent premium emerging brands in the fragrance and beauty industries, with a long-term approach to building lasting success.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Support to assist our sales team and help grow our network of retail partners across Europe. In this role, you will support the sales process, help maintain client relationships, and provide essential administrative and operational assistance to our brand partners.

Missions:

- Support the sales team in prospecting and following up with B2B clients (perfumery stores, concept stores, pharmacies, etc.)
- Take part in reaching out to new partners and presenting the brands in our portfolio
- Assist with order management, administrative follow-up, and preparation of commercial offers
- Help organize and coordinate product launches and in-store activities
- Update the client database and assist in reporting on sales activities
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Accompany senior sales team members to client meetings or professional events

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous internship or 6+ months experience in sales support, customer service, or administration (beauty or lifestyle sector a plus)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Eager to learn and able to work well in a team
- Interest in the beauty and fragrance industry
- Professional English required; other European languages are a plus
