The Data team has a flat management structure and we are organized into three functional areas. Technical decisions are made as a team taking into the feedback. We want you to help the team and the company to be more data-driven.
We work from different locations across the globe in different time zones. We follow agile practices like daily standup, retrospectives and bi-weekly talks.
**About the job **
You will be reporting to our **Data Manager**, Pedro Puerta, you will help our internal teams make the right decisions based on data and analysis and your insights will help shape the strategy at Paack.
What will you do?
- You will develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that help other teams to make decisions.
- You will collaborate with different and cross-functional teams to define key metrics and reporting requirements.
- You will design, implement and maintain different databases and data collection systems (ELT & ETL).
- You will create data-driven models to improve our operational processes.
- Finally, you will assist with recruitment activities and mentor the Looker Champions.

What would we like you to bring?
- You come with at least 2 years of previous experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Business Intelligence related role.
- You have a University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- You have strong experience with Looker and have proficient knowledge of SQL.
- You already worked with exploiting and integrating external APIs.
- You have knowledge of Python
- If you also have BigQuery experience, that would be highly desirable.
- You speak English at a fluent business level
