As a Data Analyst at Collective Minds Radiology, you will play a crucial role in analyzing large datasets and extracting valuable insights that will drive our business strategies.

Your expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization will be instrumental in optimizing our processes and enhancing the overall performance of our products and services. **Responsibilities**:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of various initiatives. This includes collaborating on measuring, testing, and optimizing current marketing inbound traffic.
- Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the health industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying, with the ability to write complex queries and perform database optimization.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Kettle Petanho, AWS Glue, Google Cloud BigQuery, Azure Data Factory.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Robust experience creating multi-sourced datasets and cubes representing business realities.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Drive all your work in English

**Extra points**:

- Experience in building data models from scratch
- Familiarity with SaaS B2B business processes and commercial systems like HubSpot, including the ability to consume and analyze data from these platforms.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and experience with statistical analysis.
- Experience with NoCode/LowCode platforms like Zapier, Integromat, etc.
