**Your New Role**

The Ad Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning campaigns on time, booking ad rep daily schedules and managed assets complying with applicable regulations.

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Daily ad operation on the Pay tv channels in Spain and Portugal working with the airtime planner teams in Spain, Portugal, Paris and Poland and with the different REPs (Pulsa and NOS)
- Spain and Portugal billing process on a monthly basis together with Finance departments in UK, Poland and Spain and external ad agency companies (Pulsa, Nos, Vodafone, Meo and Movistar).
- Monthly invoicing to direct clients for Spain and Portugal in Landmark and SAP
- Working with the Reporting & Planning team in Poland to deliver monthly KPIs for International (inventory, revenues, grps, PR, etc)

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in scheduling or ad sales operation positions
- Team worker
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Enjoys working under pressure
- Knowledge of scheduling and or advertising booking systems
- Working with Infosys data
