OverviewSales Communication Coordinator Herbalife, SpainC/ Arequipa nº1Madrid 28043 About the role: We're looking for a motivated and creative Sales Communication Coordinator to join our Sales Department in Spain. In this role, you'll support Herbalife Distributor journey within the Sales department from a creative and communication point of view,by creating engaging communication strategies and delivering impactful promotional campaigns. Acting as a key link between our independent Members/Distributors and internal Herbalife teams, you'll use your proactive communication skills, creativity, and understanding of the Herbalife Marketing Plan to ensure an exceptional Member experience and drive business growth. In this role you will: Act as primary contact for Herbalife Members / Distributors in your region, providing ongoing support and guidance. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Members, ensuring consistent and effective communication. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote products, events, and recognition programs. Liaise with other team members and departments to set up a proper communication strategy that can support business plans and create sales impact Lead support of Distributor recognition initiatives and assist with events, trainings, and awards programs. Analyze performance and consumption metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Provide accurate information about product launches, qualifications, and company events. Support promotional activities, resolve Member/Distributor queries, and ensure proper configuration in the promo engine. Collaborate with internal teams (both in Spain and internationally) to deliver the right tools, marketing materials, and online resources to Members. Attend local, national, and international events (including weekends, when required). Continuously look for new, creative ways to engage and support Members through marketing-driven initiatives. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Our requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred). 3–5 years of experience in a sales or marketing support environment. Strong understanding of the Herbalife Marketing Plan and Member business operations (for internal candidates). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Good analytical skills with attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Design tools knowledge is an advantage Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a positive, can-do attitude. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
