Significant large customer or agency sales experience - Extensive experience delivering results, closing sales and generating revenue in a sales or partnership development role at a digital ad tech company - Solid understanding of the advertising ecosystem, ad technology and marketing automation to enable identification of how Amazon Advertising solutions help customers reach their marketing goals - Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to negotiate at all customer levels, including VP and C-Suite - Excellent analytical abilities and confidence using data to inform decisions and strategies - Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skill
- Bachelor's degree
- Past experience driving revenue growth for an advertising technology or enterprise software company
- Experience selling enterprise cloud
- Ability to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Previous experience working in the programmatic and/or ad technology industry
- Comfort in ambiguity and willingness to creatively help shape the expansion of this role
