Our client is an award-winning Resort, reinventing the luxury all-inclusive beach holiday across the Mediterranean. A unique Mediterranean experience, they effortlessly combine five-star service with the ease and comfort of luxury all-inclusive. The signature promises a peerless stay with distinctive touches such as Michelin-starred menus, signature cocktails by top mixologists, kids clubs and an excellent Local Drive Adventure around the surrounding area - all included. Now they are looking for an IT Manager for a new hotel in Porto Petro (Mallorca).

General Purpose
- Provide helpdesk service to all associates across the hotel and organization.
- Maintain system health and perform audit control to keep the systems stable.
- Be part of a team that takes care of personal growth in all Technologies projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide technical support and assistance.
- Communicating with suppliers and guests by phone or in-person to resolve concerns about software and hardware issues so they can get back up and running smoothly again.
- Perform Server administration duties, keep health on the core systems.
- Report to the manager incidents and issues.
- Manage telecommunications devices to maintain and increase the company’s performance.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in helpdesk position.
- Microsoft Knowledge (Office 365, Windows Sever, Hyper-V, Azure).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Backup process knowledge reporting and documenting Skills.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in information technology.
- English verbal and written communication skills.

Offered
- Salary depending on the profile (30-32k).
- Working hours by rotating shifts (9am-6pm or 11am-8pm).
- Possibility of guards from Mondays to Sundays (weekends morning hours).
- Possibility of 4 days remotely in low season.
- Meals included when the hotel is open (breakfast, lunch...)
- Possibility of growth.
