The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are initiating the ramp-up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. As we progress into this thrilling phase, the Disposition & Empty Packaging Senior Expert will be integral in optimizing our supply chain operations at PowerCo Spain. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and sustainable logistics practices, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and steering our supply chain towards peak performance.

**How you will CELLebrate**

As the Disposition & Empty Packaging Senior Expert at PowerCo Spain, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Onboarding new suppliers while considering cost, investment, and timeline constraints alongside production and space planning requirements.
- Managing and maintaining logístical specifications and master data during the sourcing phase.
- Evaluating and selecting potential suppliers, focusing on optimal logistics integration and supply chain efficiency.
- Developing and defining logistics requirements for vertical integration across the supply chain.
- Overseeing stock levels and managing daily coordination with the inbound logistics team at headquarters in Germany.
- Building and sustaining robust relationships with key suppliers and conducting regular performance assessments.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency enhancements within the supply chain.
- Monitoring risks and developing contingency strategies to safeguard against supply chain disruptions.
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs to track supplier performance and logistics efficiency.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and optimize empty packaging management.

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- A Master's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in supplier management, logistics, or procurement, with a strong preference for expertise in inbound logistics and disposition.
- Advanced proficiency in English; German language skills are a significant plus.
- Demonstrated technical acumen with data science and data management capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills, adept at identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across various levels and departments.
