**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Senior Benefits Analyst, International Benefits will have oversight of Uninsured Benefits across NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Reporting to the Associate Director for International Benefits, this role will contribute to the smooth operation of employee benefits around the globe through planning, accuracy, and attention to detail.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides oversight of uninsured benefit programs, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external legislation including compliance of all regional and country legislation.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for uninsured benefit programs, providing Subject Matter expertise.
- Ensures that processes are clearly defined, and all relevant parties administer benefits as required.
- Assesses benefits programs, market trends, legislative, tax and social changes that impact company programs to make plan recommendations where change or implementation of new benefits are required.
- Analyzes benefits through appropriate market evaluation on both a periodic and ad hoc basis.
- Assists in the development of reporting metrics and evaluates current plan performance and costs, including risks and opportunities. Provides periodic financial reports as required.
- Maintains International Benefits matrix, ensuring the information for each country is current and accurate.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including but not limited to, Payroll, Legal, HR Shared Services, Finance, external Consultancy.
- Completes small country renewals as required under guidance from respective Benefits leader and external consultancy.
- Completes market surveys and studies, evaluates best practices, and benchmarks plans as necessary. Participate in ad hoc HR projects as required to support the company’s growth plans or other strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree with a minimum 5 years of HR experience including proven Benefits experience, preferably within a complex matrix organization.
- Highly numerate with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, recognize implications, and generate solutions.
- Effectively communicates with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple pressing priorities. Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work independently.
