**Your Role**

As FP&A Planning & Reporting, you will be an integral part of our finance team, playing a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. This role will be responsible for managing the monthly closing process, ensuring data integrity across company systems, and supporting various departments to achieve financial accuracy.

**W**hat**you**will** do**
- Responsible for the analytical monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Ensure data quality and correct analytic allocations from inputs to outputs across company systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support different areas to ensure an efficient and accurate monthly closing, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management
- Follow up on monthly Managed Costs and manage it within the Budget process, identifying areas for optimization.
- Contribute to the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc projects, providing financial analysis and support as required.

**What**we** are**looking**for**
- Analytical skills with the ability to grasp detail and the broader context.
- Database structure schemes understanding (able to identify purpose of a database, organize data into tables, specify primary keys, analyze relationships, standardize tables).
- Critical thinking.
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting or other financial roles.
- SAP knowledge will be strongly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics or other related fields.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Results-oriented person.
- Communication skills to effectively present findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
