**Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, tickets and in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on time.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on company computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts and permissions, including Microsoft 365, Atlassian, etc.
- Installation, support and maintenance of the server hardware and software infrastructure.
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining security protocols, including Intune and Mosyle configuration.
- Document and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide training and support to employees on using IT systems and software.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an IT Support or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with network configurations, including routers, switches (HP, Aruba), and firewalls (Checkpoint)
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience in public Cloud infrastructure (AWS) and private virtual infrastructure (Nutanix)
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices (ISO27001).
- Proficient in managing, using, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 productivity software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical difficulties to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends -although this is not often required.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
