**The Role**:
Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our team of Technical Project Managers to work with our rapidly developing client base. Leading from the front, you will be responsible and accountable for the onboarding, implementation, and enablement of new customers within time and budget, while delivering technical oversight and managing customers to drive initial success and an implementation that scales long-term. Blending strong technical competency with a consultative approach to customers, you will work seamlessly within internal and external teams to ensure every Zoovu customer goes live on-time with a solution that is properly integrated, documented, and provides a solid foundation for continued growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to manage enterprise projects consisting of multiple work streams - analyzing requirements and deliverables and break down into discrete units, prioritizing work across multiple team members to achieve project timelines and objectives
- Support the onboarding and enablement of new customers while ensuring the team delivers an enterprise-grade architecture, including data exchanges and transformation between enterprise systems
- Responsible for identifying requirements and use cases, consulting with customers to assure Zoovu’s solution is properly implemented in the most efficient manner to drive value and exceed customer expectations.
- Act autonomously as the senior liaison throughout the customer enablement program, supporting the Solution Architect, Platform Consultant, and Customer Success Manager to ensure quality deliverables
- Seamlessly interact with product, support, and development teams as needed to accomplish daily activities
- Develop and drive technical documentation based on as-is and future state of customer implementations
- Identify technical and customer risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigate
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in the Zoovu platform and continually stay up to date with trends and latest features and functionality
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives that continuously improve our approach to efficiently and effectively deliver success to our customers

**ESSENTIAL requirements**:

- Highly organized individual that can manage multiple projects and work streams at once
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar and 5+ years’ experience delivering and managing complex projects / software on strict timelines
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Previous experience as a web developer / software engineer would be beneficial
- Experience with web technologies - HTML, CSS / CSS3 & JavaScript. Frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Amber or Angular are a plus
- Experience with enterprise integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks etc.)
- Experience in working with complex data sets and data manipulation, working knowledge of Regular Expressions is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Self-motivated, collaborative, responsible, and passionate about exceeding client expectations Effective communicator both internally and externally
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in ambiguous environments

- Ability to explain technical concepts with ease and in the simplest manner possible to any type of audience (technical through non-technical)
- Ability to engage different teams while driving towards project success

DESIRABLE requirements:

- Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing and/or digital media space
- Experience of working in a SaaS or a PaaS environment would be desirable
- Highly effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops
