Our Spanish Office now has an exciting opportunity for a **Commercial Strategy & Customer Experience Manager** (8-month fixed-term contract, maternity cover) to join our fantastic team. This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 2 days a week in the Barcelona Office.
**About the role**
We are looking for a Commercial Strategy & Customer Experience Manager to drive business growth and enhance the family journey across our schools. You will lead strategic initiatives in admissions, customer experience, market intelligence, and sales planning, ensuring alignment with the school’s educational vision and business goals. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, analyse market trends, and produce actionable insights to support decision-making and the launch of new educational products. You will oversee the admissions process, implement lead generation and conversion strategies, and provide commercial insights to help schools meet enrolment targets. You will also evaluate and improve the family journey, develop school-specific materials, and ensure the sales experience reflects the school’s brand at every touchpoint. In addition, you will lead and coach a Junior Sales & Customer Experience Manager, support 20+ admissions professionals across schools, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
