This is your opportunity to have an impact As a Customer Service Representative for the Europe Customer Operations Centre (COpC) in Barcelona you will become part of a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse work environment where you will be part of a dedicated team delivering top customer support. It is a key role that will engage with customers and be an active player with our pre and post sales engineers and other representatives to handle a variety of pre and post-sales functions.**

**Your Role**:

- Raise quotes, process orders and manage deliveries and invoicing
- Take incoming inquiries from customers in the Scandinavian region
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the quote to invoicing cycle
- Innovate new ways of meeting the customer needs
- Support, guide and escalate if necessary
- Collaborate across departments and geographies
- Assists in ad-hoc tasks

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**:

- Native Finish and advanced level of English
- Experience in a similar role and environment will be considered a plus Positive attitude to delight customers
- a customer centric mind
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word)
- Ability to solve complex issues that are in the best interest of the customer and the company
- Time management in a fast paced environment
- Strong team working skills
- Strong Organisational skills to maximise productivity
