**Job Summary**

As a senior Researcher you will get an opportunity to join Cognizant together with your colleagues from all around the world you will collaborate on creating solutions for the world's leading companies and help them become more flexible more innovative and successful.

**Responsibilities**
- Alongside other Senior Design Researchers the role will embed research across three tracks - consumer producer and home
- Experience in Design Research Lead roles coaching more junior researchers setting research agenda.
- Strong will to keep being hands-on while also being able to think strategically
- Was able to talk through examples of complex multi-discipline team set ups how to bring wider team into the research process - both setting agenda and integrating insight in decision making
- Spoke of benefits of a multi-disciplinary team - each part bringing its expertise and practices together and that being a benefit to research
- Talked through experiences of needing to bring qualitative quantitative and analytic insights together to tell convincing stories to impact direction
- Acknowledged that research tends to obsess around methods instead spoke of being in love with research problems. embedding insights into actionable business strategies ensuring alignment with organisational goals
