Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in more than 40 countries to discover unforgettable experiences while empowering event creators with the data and technology they need to scale, innovate, and reach new audiences.About The RoleThe User Research team at Fever increases revenue by working with teams from Product to Marketing to identify and implement improvements in the experiences that Fever offers its customers and partners, both online and offline. We work with teams across the entire organization to make every experience five‑star worthy.Researchers deploy methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability tests to create valuable new data that will answer business questions on which we have no visibility. We’re looking for a passionate Junior User Researcher to join our growing team.Responsibilities & QualificationsPlan and run user research using the right methods based on specific domains.Apply solid research techniques to gather meaningful insights from users or partners.Collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers to define and refine research goals.Create lightweight prototypes or wireframes for testing purposes.Effectively synthesize, summarize, and communicate findings in a way that resonates with diverse stakeholders.Be familiar with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and wireframe or prototype as a must.Collaborate with other teams to influence priorities and shape what we work on next.Nice to HaveProficiency in other European or Asian languages.Experience with usability testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback.io) or data analysis.Benefits & PerksAttractive compensation package with base salary and potential for significant bonus.Opportunity to have a real impact in a high‑growth global category leader.40 % discount on all Fever events and experiences.Home office friendly.Great work environment with a young, international team.Health insurance and other benefits such as flexible remuneration with 100 % tax exemption through Cobee.English lessons.Gympass membership.Possibility to receive part of your salary in advance via Payflow.Thank you for considering joining Fever.
