This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, driven, and flexible Operations Manager to join the centre management team at Gasworks. You will be supported to own the space at a Premium ‘A’ grade commercial and retail asset. Gasworks isn’t just a mixed-use precinct, it’s a lifestyle.
As Operations Manager, you will play a fundamental role in the success and operational excellence of this busy shopping centre.
How you will make an impact
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will maintain a high level of excellence through:
- Actively deliver approved capital projects on site in addition to having input into long term capital budgets and life cycle planning.
- Maintaining relationships with the centre retailers and stakeholders to ensure the centre is maintained to a high standard of working order.
- Liaising with service level agreement contractors and others to ensure the maintenance of our valued asset is delivered to the highest level and in a manner, which is safe and orderly.
- Oversee tenancy fit outs on site, make good works and category 1 works.
- Maintain and update asset registers, manage all compliance records and incident reporting.
- Provide cost-effective solutions for Operations Expenditure Budgets, and Capital Expenditure Budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
