Job Introduction

Formarás parte del equipo de Recursos Humanos y reportarás a la HR Manager Ibérica. Tendrás un rol de HR Generalista, con un enfoque a reclutamiento y formación.

Main Responsibilities
- Gestionar proyectos de selección:

- toma de requisitos con el hiring manager
- contacto con proveedores
- entrevistas online y presenciales
- selección y contratación.
- Garantizar el éxito del onboarding de los nuevos empleados:

- planificación y coordinación de la integración
- acogida de los empleados
- alta en los diferentes sistemas de información
- comunicación con los proveedores.
- Participar en la elaboración del plan de formación:

- colaboración con los managers de TGW Ibérica y TGW France para determinar las necesidades de formación
- constitución del plan de formación para el año fiscal según presupuesto
- comunicación a los empleados
- Participar en proyectos varios:

- realización de reportings
- registro de jornada
- administración de personal

About You
- Experiência previa (min 3 años) en reclutamiento de perfiles técnicos
- Experiência previa en elaboración de plan de formación
- Muy buena comunicación, gestión de prioridades y capacidad de gestionar varios proyectos simultáneos
- Inglés fluido, francés valorable
- Conocimientos en administración de personal
- Muy valorable experiência en un entorno internacional (en empresa industrial sería un plus)
